Sound familiar?
The bits of refereeing nobody trains you for.
“Which club still owes me from three weeks ago?”
penalty.app lists every unpaid match and writes the reminder for you.
“How many more games until I can go up a level?”
Your FA targets, counted automatically from every match you log.
“What did I actually earn — and drive — this season?”
Fees, mileage and expenses add up as you go. Export any time.
How it works
Three steps. Every match.
01
Log the match in 15 seconds
Teams, date, kick-off, your role. Tap shortcuts instead of typing. Add the fee, league or venue only if you want to — played or coming up, it all counts.
- Referee, AR or 4th official
- On CentreCircle? Appointments import up to 12 weeks aheadEARLY ACCESS
- Full-Time sync brings your fixtures inPRO
02
Get paid without the awkward chase
See who owes you at a glance. One click writes a polite, professional reminder — paste it into WhatsApp, text or email. Every chase is logged, so you know who you've already nudged.
- Outstanding total always up to date
- Partial payments and cancelled-game fees tracked
03
Watch your promotion move
Pick your level and your FA targets fill themselves in. Every match you log moves the bars — games as referee, adult games, AR games, observations — and tells you exactly what's left.
- Level 7 → 6 on the free plan

“I built penalty.app because I love the game far more than the paperwork. Every feature comes from a real matchday, so you can spend your Saturdays refereeing, not chasing.”
